Marco’s path into the world of sports betting stemmed from his interest in poker. After a few years playing poker professionally, he was introduced to Pinnacle by a friend from the Magic the Gathering scene (a card game built on game theory and probability). Marco quickly moved on from simply trading sports and has spent 11 of his 13 years with Pinnacle as the company’s Trading Director. Within his role, Marco oversees all trading activity for Pinnacle and has played a vital role in the growth of esports betting for the online bookmaker.

Moritz Maurer has more than 8 years of experience pioneering at the intersection of esports, data & betting. After creating the first UK- licenced esports bookmaker – GGwins – and later launching the world first in-play esports betting solution in 2015, Moritz focused on unlocking the potential of official data assets for some of the biggest rights holders in esports. This vision culminated in the creation GRID, an innovative data & technology platform in esports which is leading the way in data solutions for teams, leagues and brands in esports.
Jack has extensive experience researching gambling for both commercial and regulatory clients over the last decade. In 2019 Jack presented findings at IAGR sharing insights from a motivational segmentation produced on behalf of the UK Gambling Commission designed to address the question of ‘why do people gamble’. Jack is currently part of a team engaged in a three-year program of quarterly research on behalf of the UK Gambling Commission, addressing a range of policy informing topics. In the past, Jack has also conducted multiple projects for Camelot - conducting campaign analysis, strategy planning and NPD.
Sergey As Chief Product Officer, he is responsible for driving product strategy to create and support sustainable growth, as well as developing a product-centric culture within the company. Sergey manages all product related activities – leading on product investment across the portfolio, and ensuring alignment with marketing, retail, retention, finance. Prior to joining Parimatch, Sergey worked as a product management consultant for software development company, DataArt – where he introduced product management practices and advised a variety of organisations, from startups to blue-chip companies.

He was top-rated, with over seven years' experience before he moved into the digital assets world at the start of 2018. He is now a partner at BCB Group, the space-leading cryptocurrency prime broker and payments institution.
For 10 years Brean built up an affiliate network of sites that promoted various iGaming products. In 2017, Brean took on a new opportunity at Rightlander. The compliance monitoring businesses presented the ideal challenge for which he could use all his previous experience to help grow.
